About return / exchange

Changing contents after order (product change, color, size) Cancellation cannot be accepted. Please check the contents before the order is completed.

We refuse exchanges or returns due to customer reasons, such as different sizes and images, incorrect orders.

However, if the product is a defective product, or if a product that is different from your order arrives, please contact us by e -mail or telephone within 7 days after delivery.
Sorry to trouble you, but please contact us within one week after the arrival of the product and return it to us according to the method specified by us.

We will exchange or refund with a good product order product.

Please note that we cannot accept returns and exchanges in the following cases.

About refund method

・ If you order by credit card payment
If it is within the period of the credit card sales determination date, we will perform "cancel processing" for sales.
If you straddle the sales determination date, we will do a "refund process". In addition, if the above method is not possible, we will refund it to the bank account specified by the customer.

・ If you order by bank transfer
We will refund by bank transfer, so please specify a transfer account. Please note that we cannot accept refunds by registered mail.

About return / exchange of overseas

In returned goods for customer's convenience, the "tariff" that was returned to us will be subtracted from the refund price. (Defective products, etc.We will bear the shipping and tariffs required for returning and resending.
In the case of replacement, "tariff" and "exchange shipping fee" will be borne by the customer.
